Grandfather Rights For Venues Petition

I looked quickly for this on Pistonheads and couldn't find it so here it is. I apologise if it's been duplicated but that's not such a bad thing.
The petition is self explanatory but in brief, it is to prevent instances such as people moving in to houses near churches then campaigning to get the bells stopped or moving in near a playing field and complaining about the kids shouting.
We're more interested in the NIMBYs who take up residence near airfields or forests and are campaigning to get motorsport stopped. We're running out of venues fast and if successful, this could safeguard the few we have left.
