HELP !!!!

Battery flat - locked out can't get in. I know there is a secret trick to get in , knew how to do it on a Chimera but can't work it out on the Tuscan.
Could someone email me and let me know how to get in. Rang the dealer here in Japan but I can't find what they are talking about - beginning to think they have it wrong.
