Advanced bike training /Hertfordshire

A friend of mine wants to do advanced bike trainig , in or around Hertfordshire if poss ,
anybody got any recomendations or point us in the right direction to look , may even join him on it myself.

been recommended these people to learn with and they do a BMF Blue riband which might fit the bill.
