What would you do...

We have a number of modules of a suppliers new'Flagship' version installed.
Just upgraded from an earlier version, patient recall, apointments, etc

We have just purchased a number of additional modules.

To find that they are still in beta testing. The company said that it had been for a little while and feedback was good and they wdecided to relaes it...

YET they also say Beta testing is still continueing??!!!!

We are the first NON beta tester (how in parallel)
We have a history with this company, and we have explicitly stated we do not want anything until the final finished product is up and running in a number of other companies, and that we do not want to be the first.

We have not been chasing them for it.
They just rang said they would come and install/activate the new modules and traing us.

P****d off...

and yes their are problems with it..

Unfortuanetly replacing them (short/medium term is not a realistic/sensible option. the other modules are ok, etc that we use day to day.

Just can't use the new stuff.

B

Hold back payment until it's fit for purpose and meanwhile seek alternatives.
