Any ideas what a throttle D chip is??

was looking through my history and noticed that when she had a cat problem and 1 was replaced she also had the above chip fitted, if spoken to the garage but they no longer work on TVR's and don't know what it is, it was racetech that fitted it as all my previous history is with them, anyone have any ideas?

Throttle pot?

It will be an ECU chip, but just not sure what's different from the standard one?

I think the D throttle change was an attempt to reduce the spiky readings that the ECU gets from the throttle pots.
