Bad news ... although unless there's some serious hidden damage hopefully it will be repairable.

Mainly the wishbones and front body but the rear arch took a knock as well. Chassis needs checking out properly. Problem is the factory has stopped making a lot of the narrow body parts now.
On the plus side there was only me in it at the time and no other vehicles involved.
Breakdown guy told me that i was pretty lucky as quite a few people had gone over the edge.yikes

Going out tonight so might see you later Tom. Need some decent Yorkshire beer.

Gutted for you. Hate to see nice cars end up needing surgery but pleased you were ok. Hope the insurance gets sorted ok.

Bad luck, hopefully the chassis not damaged, then it shouldn't be too bad to fix...

Chassis is bent in on front n/s top so it doesn't look good have to wait for the insurance to come and have a look. Rang them up today and the company they contacted to assess it don't think its worthwhile making the journey from Birmingham. Just waiting to hear from them now.

Start unfortunatley frown, Pre breakfast blat without the gf, while the roads were empty. In some ways might have been ok. The weather turned out fantastic later on though. Still did the planned route just in the old tin top.

Rode through Glencoe last Saturday. Not the best road in the region for driving ..roadworks, caravans, gravel and very distracting scenery!

Yeah, sorry mate. I ended up going for a few frames of snooker and then into town. I'll be out tonight possibly so maybe see you!

And yes, The Triton meet should be going ahead, I'm thinking I should start a fresh thread for those that might have missed it?

Cheers
Tom
