Will a Diablo fit through standard garage door (opened!!!)

I have measured up - with a maximum space between garage door vertical arms is
2190mm I think this leaves 5mm each side of mirror??

Will the Diablo mirror (6.0 VT) fold in?? either electrically or manually
Did I see somewhere that the garage door vertical can be moved to allow a vehicle to pass

Many Thanks

the mirrors are not electric
the width to the mirrors is 2220mm
doesnt say in manual what this is without mirrors but is narrower
it should just fit though

Thanks. I have grabbed the mirror and noticed it is spring loaded and possibly will fold in but did not want to give it too much welly as they probably cost a few quid!!

Yeah - I always had the width as 6' 8&1/2 (ie 6'9!)

My garage is down quite a sttep driveway and it has no problems either grounding out at teh top or with the front spoiler at the bottom. It also goes over all the speed bumps on my estate without blinking!

It's NOT a six tho - although they do have the lift mech.

The older car has 5.5" ground clearance.

Nope! Haven't had a chance to take it apart again... I have made enquiries into replacing the thermocouple(s) from the cats as they could cause the same error too!

If everything was more accessible, I'd just start swapping parts from side to side! smile

mmmm yes you guys have already met!!

trouble with assuming you can fold the mirrors back would then be reversing out as they dont spring both ways and would need someone on each side holding them back.

If you have a garage door frame, could you remove the frame and mount a roller shutter or something? Could gain 6" that way as most frames are 3" think.

Jon, stop thinking about gay sex for just five minutes please. You have a perfectly good wife. Use her and surpress those feelings.
