how hard is it to remove drivers door hinge

my drivers door hinge has worn and the door has dropped, think it were people have been leaning on it any ideas on how hard it is to replace?

There is no need to replace, just adjust the one on the car by loosening the two 13mm bolts on the A post while someone holds the rear of the door. Then lift the rear of the door a little and tighten the bolts, they are captive so there is no need to get on the back but dont take them all the way out, close the door gently incase it is miss alined, sometimes its trial and error until the height is right.

normally id do this but were the pin sits in the hinge it has made it oval, and is now out of shape, I'm planing on keeping it so want do a permanent fix, thanks for the advise tho
