Looks to be one of the Chinese buggies. We have a couple here with a unique three link (yes three) IRS design rear that turns the carrier upside down when it hits a bump. Its also digustingly welded and required a tonne of strengthening to race. How do you do Borat on the web?... Veeeery nice.

End of the day I guess it depends on your use. Could stand up to slight punishment, but I wouldnt be tempted to push it.
