got a couple of weeks off work and quite fancy taking the car over to northumberland and doing the coastal route of castles and nice places.

any suggestions of where to go and where to avoid?

hotels and nice places to eat greatly appreciated smile

hotels or B&B's must have private off streeet parking.
Tvr has just had a front end respray and been detailed so dont want any fooker taking more of a like to it than me!

cheers,
nick.

Dunno about proper places to eat but the fish and chips on the front at Beadnell used to be sublime smile
The Ship Inn at Low Newton by the sea keeps excellent real ale- never tried the meals but if they are as good quality as the beer you won't be disappointed.
