PS3 help urgent

Sold my PS3 on ebay last week, the guy has now opened a Paypal dispute firstly stating the console did not arrive and now when presenting him with the proof it was signed for he claims he cant get a picture from it. Now it was working as i was playing it about an hour before i shipped it to him. I seem to remember when i first set it up it wasnt east to get a picture and ended up buying an HDMI cable.

Any ideas as to what he hasn't connected etc?? Waiting to respond to the dispute

Try holding down the power button till it beep, think this resets the screen settings. Might be worth a try.

Yeah, pressing and holding it when starting up forces analogue video
