Bought Indesit dishwasher April 07 from B&Q
Delivered June 07
Installed July 07
Broke August 08

B&Q don't want to know
Independent Engineer says Indesit don't offer spare part necessary anymore

Isn't there legislation about being fit for purpose.... or something that makes the 12 months guarantee/warranty a nonsense and that I can claim against them etc...sure I saw it in Which?
