Hi Folks

I have fitted the David Beer remote kit to the Griff at the weekend, but could I work out how to fit the switch to the locking mechanism from the dodgy black and white photocopy picture supplied

Anyone got a colour piccy they could post to help this numpty out

Have tried asking David via e-mail but can get no response. I guess he may be away (or I'm on him list of Spam)

Currently working fine, held shut with a cable tie, but better do something to make it work as designed I suppose

Cheers

Hi Andy,

There's a fitting guide here on The Griffith Pages that might be of help.

Cheers Dave, but I could really do with a photo of the switch in place if possible

Baretti, can you oblige ?

I can help with any photos you need Moose, providing you don't want more of the actuator itself because thats the only bit of carpet in the boot that is well stuck down !

Exactly what are you after a picture of mate - the reed switch or the switch that sits in the door lock mechanism. I suspect the latter as the reed switch just sticks to the bodywork somewhere.

An 'after' version of this picture then...?

Hi Moose, hope you had a good holiday.
I haven't forgotten about this mate, I've just been on holiday and not had the Griff out since I got back. I'll be taking advantage of this nice weather later today though so I'll get the photo to you tomorrow latest.
