Why is it not on telly with out having to pay to watch ? I thought the FA had promised that all england matches would be free to watch.

Surely the only 'people' interested will have Sky and Setanta funded by the state, so in a sense, it is.

You are correct, all England matches will be available to watch, however this is a friendly and therefore falls outside the clause and under Setanta's package purchase for all Friendlies ...........

Who cares? All England matches are automatically incredibly boring, frustrating and yawn inspiring. Take the players away from their sheltered £80,000 a week cushy club jobs and they can't be arsed.

They have all of the England away World Cup qualifiers as well. Are these being shown on ITV/BBC as well?

I don't really have any major problems with Setanta, except they don't have a HD option and they put up my subscription by £3.00 without prior warning.
