Vehicle storage..where best to advertise?

Basically, I've just invested in a lot of money moving my company and we now can offer secure vehicle storage (East Shropshire/Staffs border), but up until now, I've have never advertised for any part of my business as it's been built up via networking and word of mouth.
The unit has full CCTV and latest alarms and is very secure. We have trickle chargers, offer maintenance programs and have dehumidifiers.
I know people are always asking for storage around this time of year but they are from no set kind of people. Advertising could be fairly costly as getting to the right audience is going to be my main problem. My first thought is through internet forums as it's possibly cheaper, but does mean registering on no end of forums and I don't have that much spare time.
Other thought is a magazine like Classic & Sports car.
any thoughts?
