Manchester - service station needed on m56/m60

I've tried to find a service station on the M56 or m60, heading off the M6, east towards Ashley and Cheadle, at which I can arrange a rendezvous. Preferably it should be on the motorway. AA indicates there is none.

Does anyone know of one? I dont really want to arrange the meeting point to be around junction 20 of the m6, which is the one I am familar with as it is a little far away for our purposes.

there aren't any! why not use trafford centre, fairly close and not easy to miss if you don't know the area.

not a service station, but you could always arrange it at the Romper Pub, next junction after the Manchester Airport turn off as you head towards the M6.

But no, theres no service station on the M56 till you get to Poplars2000. As far as i know

You could come off the M56 at J6, there's a hotel on the roundabout there just before Hale Barns. Big car park etc.
