Sorry if this is a repost..... but does anyone know where to get some from?

It doesn't necessarily have to be Willys Wonky one, although it did seem pretty good from the program.

It's for part of a birthday present for a friend who's always wanted to cook with it, might even find out some recipes for her as well.

Thanks.

I don't eat any other chocolate than dark chocolate (70%+) and 90% is delicious. I tried the Hotel Chocolat 100%... it tastes like mud. Not sure about Williy's version, will have to check it out sometime. I guess its either an aqcuired taste or the way Hotel Chocolat process it isn't so good

Is this 100% chocolate, or chocolate with 100% cocoa content? I've tried chocolate with 70% cocoa content and I didn't sleep for 6 months.

i got my 100% black from waitrose, it's great for cooking spicy stuff but you would need be a big chocolate lover to use it in cakes.

I think a trip to Waitrose seems in order, thanks guys.

Will probably end up buying one for myself as well.. so will let you know how the recipes turn out.

Willy's WOnky stuff was available at Selfridges when I looked last. I can't see a use for it (it's an expensive ingredient for my humble chilli).

Look in the cake decoration section rather than the choccy aisle. They have it in my very small Waitrose, so most should have it.
