Just bought my first cerb and im only 5'7", i have the seat right forward and i can only just touch the floor with the clutch pedal, so it sometimes crunches into gear, new clutch only 3k miles ago so it is just me, how do you adjust the pedals so that its a bit higher so i dont have to stretch so much?
I believe Leven do pedals that allow for more adjustment than standard, I was thinking about these myself as I would like the seat back a bit further, and I am 6'. Maybe I just have short legs.
Or I could see if Gary Glitter would sell me some of his old platform shoes now he is back in the country

b i can reach, just stretch a bit, think the pedals are too far forward. cause i have tried other cerbs and can reach no bother, like i say im 5'7"Edited by WorAl on Friday 22 August 11:27
I'm 5'7 and have no problem but I did have to wind the pedals out slightly and I sit with the seat fully forward (but then my youngest sits behind me so he likes the room.
Don't forget that the steering wheel is adjustable up/down and in/out so you may like to get that into a better position once you have the seating right.
Also, from memory, when you wind the clutch pedal out (or it may be the brake), the threaded bar doesn't sit central so you can end up with it very close to the brake pedal or nicely spaced.
I suspect having short legs saves the clutch as you don't give it max extension so don't over stretch the slave/clutch fingers. It's a possible thought.
The only one which isn't adjustable is the throttle pedal, which is where the Leven pedals come in, but I've not bothered with those as they looked fiddly to fit and I can reach the throttle OK.
