Whats this cerb engine transplant

spotted Z cars putting something strange in a cerb in this bbc video at about 1min 23 secs

any ideas

I think they said 400 bhp? So I guess the 2 turbo's are fake. Looking at the engine albeit it briefly I thought it was a 4 pot twin cam, surely not.

Looked like a 4 pot to me too , vtec motor maybe.. they claim 450 BHP/300LB FT torque for their 2.4 Honda VTEC engine with a rotrex supercharger !!!

Maybe they've gone down that route again. Pity the engine picture is momentary.
