I am sitting in my office in Umbro Tracky Bottoms, a WKD T-Shirt and Airwalk pumps. I havn't been to the gym so, the question is have I turned Chav? If I have where can I get treatment and does it hurt?

yes, it's called a sexually transmitted disease. They are easy to contract. Just choose a club in any town high street with a name like 'Spangles' and within a short period of time you'll be calling out for treatment. My medical knowledge is not entirely up to date on current treatments - do they still use a heated wire thrust into a place where a heated wire should not go? It will hurt.

Do they offer treatment on the NHS then?

Yep - definitely looks like a Sierra with chavvy halfrauds wheels and a plastic bling fuel cap. Chavorama!

Even if tracksuit bottoms aren't socially acceptable, they are really comfy. So I guess you can be forgiven, this once.

Treatment as follows.

1. Gerry Can
2. Petrol at 1.09 at your local garage to fill the gerry can
3. 1 box of matches
4. place all clothes of the ned(chav) culture into a bundle on a concrete surface
5. Empty the gerry can on the clothes and light the match and place on the clothes
6. Repeat until the need for buckfast is gone.

Well, I see no references to "Innit, Bruv, Ciggies or Tenants Super" so I don't think you are beyond help.

Also, are your children called any of the following:

Chelsea, Mercedes, or any name which used to be normal but has a few letters changed to have the same sound, but a different spelling.
