European factorys still on shutdown?

I am just wondering if factory's in Italy would still be on shut down?

I'm after a supersprint part and apparently it has been discontinued. I highly doubt this and think its just the supplier is out of stock and the factory is on holiday for a bit.

Just wondering when they will start back up again if anyone has a vague idea?
