Well just had my offer on my mates 360 Challange Stradale aproved, its a 2005 with 1100 miles in red with the stripes so going to have to sell the 308 (I think). Promised the wife i would not own any more than 4 cars at one time so it might have to go.

Any idea on price for a quick sale ?, its done 64k miles is red with tan, full history and has had the engine, gearbox and a new cluch in the last 12k miles along with loads of other work. It drives realy well and so far has been totaly reliable.
It Looks very nice, the interior is better than new with a very high quality retrim but could do with the body work sorting in a couple of places (but still looks fantastic. Might have it done before I sell, what do you think its worth ? It is also on 16 inch 288 gto style wheels with polished rims.

Against all odds, my old GTS QV sold recently for £18k to a guy in Australia. Nero metallic, 1984, 45k miles, patchy but authentic service history, repainted 3 years ago and some filler in it, some bubbling, decent original interior and sound mechanics.

Chekc ebay completed listings to see what's sold and as the other poster says, let us know what year and type the car is and we might be able to get a bit closer in valuation. Also note that Justin Banks doesn't seem able to shift his low mileage carburetted car at the moment at £18,995.

Just how low are those nuts then?...

Actually, find me a nice 365 GT 2 + 2 for decent money (sub £50k) and we'll talk.

Ruby, you know you cant ask how low they are. When I am being kicked in said nuts I demand my client kick, It is too much to ask for me to throw my nuts at your boot!

365's have gone a little bit recently, I havent bought one for a couple of years now, I offered on a Black with Tan car a couple of months ago, RHD, but IIRC the guy wanted high forties, which was a little skinny for me. The last one I sold for sub £30k a couple of years ago.

It is a car I will always buy though, Ruby so keep an eye out.

I didn't expect you to come out with a price smile That's not "British".

RHD black with tan, high 40s?? we are both talking Queen Mary here? I'm not aware of that car having hit the open market yet....Find me a goodun for the £30k mark and I'll be interested for sure - might even go a bit higher wink to save your nuts....

Yes, Queen Mary, the black car may come around yet.
There are a few available today but the going advertised rate seems to be about the £60k mark. I think they were £30k a couple of years ago and today £40k nice and £60k Pebble Beach Winner.

Car looks fab - it's one of the last classic Ferraris that has'nt started to go for silly money yet.... I really want one.

Justin's car looks good too - good price (but I'm skint - could change at any second). One thing I have to ask though.... what's with the red wheels ?

TO be fair, wouldn't stop me buying it, just need to convince the wife.

Actually, do you still have that Ghibli - I shoulda bought one a few years ago, one of the most stunning cars ever made, and I suspect i will spend my whole life kicking myself for not getting one when they were cheap and unfashionable.

I know what you mean about the red wheels and even though the originals come with the car I reckon they are reason I havent sold it! I have now put the originals back on and I think it looks 100 times better. Just reduced the price to £17,495 also, what more can I do!

Ghibli sold a couple of weeks ago, was a very nice car but prices have gone now, I cant find one anywhere for less than £40k and It was only 2 years ago I was buying them for £15k. They are still undervalued at £40k and still my choice of daily smoke with nothing but money in the bank after every year of use. A car that pays you to drive it, nice change from a 997!

Ho Hum.

Well if things go well for me in the next couple of weeks you'll be seeing me about your 308 - to be fair I can't believe anyone would be put off by dodgy wheels..... just change em...lol.

I so wanted that Ghibli - it's such a stunning car - pure class !

I'll put it in the same place as the LP400 Countach I should have bought for 35k a few years ago, it was perfect, I knew it would go up in value, I just couldn't get the money together quickly enough.....

Ho hum indeed.
