In the same way you can delete your searches to remove the predictive searches on google,

can I remove the same on E-bay

Nothing so exciting i'm afraid
but mostly farm/tractor equipment
consequently my search comes up like a paragraph of variants on the words.....

tractor
tractor implements
tractor manuals
tractor tools
case tractor
tractor loaders
tractor etc etc etc

any ideas?

That sounds like the new ebay search trying to auto complete what they think you're looking for

Don your tinfoil hat and opt out (bottom of the search page)

do the suggestions come up in blue? if so that's ebay doing it, just tried it in safari and the same thing happens. are you sure there is no orange icon?

I think I did. long time ago. I assembled the gear boxes for all models made from 1989-1992

for nearly 3 years I stood in one place, assemled my part of the gear box.
1 gear box every 3 minutes on a moving conveyor, 10 hours a day 6 days a week. I still have the scars and injuries smile If you have a Case tractor made in those years there is a 50/50 chance I assembled the gear box. its probably got a bit of my dried blood in there somewhere smile

If you put a gear box in front of me now I could still do my part blindfolded smile and Id probably still forget to torque up the trailor brake hose and get chased by a mental bloke covered in some kind of fluid or other when it squirted him during pressure tetsting.

other than that I have no idea sorrysmile

Ahh the good old 885 model, a true classic and indeed i was honoured to have a new one to drive as my 1st tractor (was a 685 actually, outwardly identical but less hp.)
Do you have an L or XL model. XL having a much nicer cab with work lights and stuff

I bought recently the XL, an 89'
its mostly for topping etc but I sourced with some difficulty a loader to go on it.

TBH its more than I shall likely need on our fields, but I had a dexter initially but not able to use it on the roads, so lost the plot entirely and bought this instead as it has a radio fitted
