Tamora near Daventry

Evening all, looking for some help. I've been looking through the classifieds again, and my eye has once more turned to the Tamora. Is there anyone near Daventry, Northants, who could take me out for a spin one afternoon? I'm looking to upgrade from my bike engined kit car and want to see how the two compare and if it ticks the boxes in the same way but I don't want to waste any one's time by going to see cars that are up for sale. Beer tokens/fuel money awaits!

That might well be close enough! Do you know the roads down here at all? I would like to see what a Tamora can really do if pushed, since my kit car spends most of it's time going at 9/10ths and that's the bit I want to compare, if possible. If that would be ok with you, when would you be able to pop down?

Ideally, I'm after someone local so I can see how the car's handle my local roads, as they can be a bit bumpy out in the sticks where I live. I shall keep your offer in mind though!

I know there's not many of them, but that doesn't mean there isn't one near me! There seems to be enough other TVRs round this way, so I'm hoping there's one tucked away somewhere! 
Or if not, that's why I asked if someone would be willing to travel. If not, then so be it, but it's worth a go.

I am in Nuneaton, not too far away.
Plus always looking for different Roads to have fun on!
But if you ask a few people on here they might say i drive a bit
like a girl, so it up to you if you fancy risking it
I am only home at weekends so would have to be a Sat or sunday if you
wanted a ride.

There are some quite good roads down here, you just have to know which one's to go on! Lots of twisty bits to play on, with the odd faster stretch. A weekend would be best for me too, as I don't get home until 5-6 and tend to be a bit tired/grumpy, so I wouldn't be the world's best company. Although if it's dry, I could always fire the 7 up and we could both go out for a play, it'd be good to here two screamers together

Nope - just changed my mind. I was after a Porsche 911, but after driving a 911 Carrera S that was just 18 months old I thought it was very slow and boaring. It did however hold the road exceptionally well, which for me means I'd have to be doing very illegal speeds to have fun (no offense to any 911 owners reading this, just not my thing).I decided I'd best keep what I have. The Tamora is immaculate and I wouldn't find another in as good as condition to replace her.

Ok, I've had a proper sit down and had a look at some money based sums and decided that buying a Tamora may just be a bit ambitious. Or any of the newer cars for that matter. So, thank you for the offers of rides/runs out, but I will have to decline for fear that I might plunge myself into a world of lovely sounding debt.
