So I have just bought a new house and inherited a load of grape vines and apple trees that are nice and full of growing fruit.

How do I go about making wine and/or cider? what equipment do I need? how many grapes/apples do I need?

All advice gratefully received!

Finally is it destined to taste dreadful?

No its not. But you have to be patient and leave it to mature. rolleyes If you drink it too early it's rough and raw and by the time you finish the 5 gallons ( its not worth bresing less imho) then its so good you wish you have been patient.rage But by then its too late

Good luck
