wire wheels and sva

are you allowed to have wire wheels with normal nuts, not spinners for the sva(and up coming iva)?

the road wheels that is, not the spare wheel

and before any one says it, thats not my car, i stole the picture off the wheel company website that were thinking of getting the wheels for, and i know that there are lots of items on that car that would fail sva

SVA manual says (Abbreviated by me)

Must not have sharp edges that project beyond the external plane of the wheel rim.

So from the picture everything is back from the rim so is exempt.
