Just thought i would say what a fantastic period of ownership i had with the Cerb, but some changes in my life have resulted in a reluctant sale, but the car has been purchased by a fellow PHer, AL 123, at least he got an honest sale this time!
Now to change my username/profile and decide what everyday car to buy for ca. £30k?
Happy driving all.

I think i saw you the other week coming out of the Esso station on North Anderson Drive. I was in my silver cerb one car behind you. Quite a few people gave us a double take look.
I think you should reinvest in another one.
I did see you! There's only one other cerb in the city that i know of and it lives on my road!I think you should reinvest in another one.
I miss her already

Well just to say she is in good (but novice) hands. Had her for 3 days now & driven from cerbdogs house in aberdeen to south east london. We've been via endinburgh, lake windermere (fantastic winding road leading in to here on the side of the lake), cheshire & home! Oh and four petrol stations!
As noted i am a novice, i'm learning fast though & absolutely love her!!
This is my first TVR, i had about 6 people talk to me on the way down, taking pictures & asking about the car, was great to see people so interested.
A bloke in Windermere tapped on the window & said hello, i'm blue griffith & then went on his way!!
Oh one question maybe one of you could answer, she's driving fantastic, but a little jerky in first & second at low rev's, is this standard? I'm going to book a service soon as its due in 900 or so miles.

If it's below 2-2.500 revs then yes, you'll get used to keeping it above 2,500 in any gear.In the SE? get it down to Andy at APM - 07740 723 673 - Thumbs up from everyone that uses him.

Hi AL, glad to hear you're enjoying the car and had a good journey home. I guess i must have compensated for any jerkiness by adopting the TVR style of traffic coasting, whereby you blip and coast, they're not really designed for rolling along in first, small flywheel probably doesn't help either. I never appreciated how good the car sounded until you pulled away

Yep thats when it hits you, just as the new owner boots it out of your street. Its the worst moment of Cerb ownership.I never appreciated how good the car sounded until you pulled away

Stop it, i'm almost feeling bad about it!!! (the sound is something else!!!)
The misses tried to put the radio on the other day.... had to chuck her out at high speed... shame, really liked her.
Will definitely attend the local meetings, not sure i can make the 4th but after that, i'll give it a go.

What happens at these meeings as a matter of interest??
Not a lot really; chance to get the car out if the garage – like you need an excuse – tyre-kicking, engine glancing, pint, pie, chance to meet other like minded peeps, social really. What happens at these meeings as a matter of interest??
Then you know who’s who on here, put faces to names and have a bunch of people who’ll have already experienced the niggles you’re about to which saves money and time.
+ you get to go on some hoons now and again.
