Boring topic for some...

Just been to the local 'Super Asda' in MK to stock up on my basics.

3 pack of John west Tuna = £3.75 (which seems very expensive compared to a few weeks ago). I then spy loads of 6 packs of JW tuna on a top shelf with no price ticket and enquire about the price. £3!

6 tins for £3 or 3 tins for £3.75!

I know, i need a life.

I hear you can buy 12 bottles of windscreen washer fluid for the price of 11. What a bargain!

You should try Lidls for some funny stuff - I got my night vision scope from there after a tip-off.

Just bought a brilliant digital caliper from Lidl for £6.95, I haven't found a use for it other than measuring the size of the cat's heads.

Meg's was the biggest.

And that's exactly the concept women never understand - you NEEDED that caliper simply to be able to measure the cats' heads.

Damn, i missed those ..

I have recently been using BBQ ignitors rather than normal lighters. They are big, so no one steals them and they hold twice the gas of a normal lighter for £1 at Lidl. Also, you can 'lock' the flame on if you need constant fire :P

I bought one of them!

Not having cats though, I measured the distance between my dog's eyebrows.

I tried to measure the length of her snout but the caliper wasn't big enough frown

Still, that gives me an excuse to buy another bigger better one!

Me too.

When I go into the garden for a wee during the late evening, (so as not to wake the kids, -plus I like it) I've noticed it gets quite dark.

Night vision would stop me weeing on the tomatoes and drunkenly walking into the washing spinnaker thing (and consequently getting irretrievably tangled in it requiring soft whimpering to wife for help).
