GRR....standard ad wont work, then denied premium ad!

hello, please help....

tried to put up an ad on weds as a standard, then came the awaiting message,

so thursday morning, click onto manage ads.....nothing there....apparently i have no ads on PH!

so....deep breath and sigh...

i try to place a premium ad today, then all i get is....

We currently cannot offer you a premium advert as you have failed to match some of our background checks. The following details are worth checking on your advert to make sure they are correct to proceed with a premium advert:
The address details registered with the site match the payment method you use in our payment site
The vehicles registration number is entered correctly and that you own the vehicle
The vehicle is in the correct category listing
The pictures uploaded are not copyrighted or taken from another advert
You have not included any illegal or misleading information in your advert details or header
You are not a trade advertiser trying to use the private advert system
If you are still having problems then you can submit the advert as a basic advert using the 'Submit Advert to PH' button below where we will review it. Alternatively you can email us using the contact details on the right hand help panel remembering to include the Advert Reference ID (681722).

how is this possible??

after writing it up for the second time.....

this one no longer appears in my 'manage your ads'

same problem here...

had an advert on here for a while. went to check it today- it had been removed. so, updated the ad and it appears now to be at premium status...

come home, try to upload pics, but its telling me i have no adverts on here! but i can see it! doh!

any chance of some assistance chaps? i dont want to submit another advert- would be daft to have 2 ads on here!

I have had a look at your advert (nice car by the way ) and all seems to be up OK and live, are you still having problems with it?

cheers pete. i have 2 ads live now- one is my old one, but i somehow managed to upgrade it to premium yesterday?!!

i submitted a new one last night which is (obviously) the non premium one

can you delete one for me please? makes sense to delete the old one i guess

I see the problem, you are using two different email addresses for the classifieds, the one with the premium is using the UK part of your email address.

I have removed the basic advert and in the future suggest you use the UK one as it is linked to your forum profile and you are entitled to free premium adverts.

thanks pete- sorted! my "old" ad used my "old" work address, which has recently been updated...
