Paint crazing solution?

A flat red car. the paint has crazed all over the roof, showing white underneath, however it feels quite smooth to the touch. Is this a detailers repair or best just go for a respray. Thanks

Respray I'm afraid. Needs at the very least a total flat down and isolate before respray. Ideally bare metal it. Paint reactions are a right PITA.

you could try wetsanding and polishing back up but for a better fix get it sprayed.
