Any decent vw independent worshop /essex

just picking some brains guys,may need a service/cambelt change on a mk5 golf.

Do any of you use an independent in the Essex region/east london as costs at main dealers are criminal in my opinion.

You could try Dean Hill of 4Rings. Based in Dartford but mobile and mainly Audi although he may do VW as well. Never heard a bad thing about his work or prices.

Edit - just to clarify that I have never used him personally but have only heard good things about him. He doesn't advertise openly as such - all his work is based on recommendation and as far as I know, he is always choc-a-block.
