My brothers have golfing shirts with "charlie big potatoes" and "Timmy Big putts". Their names are not Charlie and timmy.

Another is to use chief, when ordering a pint. A mate really wants to for some reason, but wont. So next time in the pub i just done it. Wound him up a bit!
