Ok, I have a few tattoos from when I was inking myself and my friends (and some customers) from years back. There are, as always, one or two which I don't want (I used myself as a guinea pig) and could do with covering up, but I need some help or advice.

I also have the want for a memorial tattoo, but I can't seem to come up with anything so, I was wondering if anyone on PH is experienced with cover ups, can recommend someone in a relatively close distance (will travel, but not too far) AND if anyone would be willing to run me a design or two for later application?

TIA

I designed my own tattoo, much better IMO than picking one out of a book.

I designed the majority of what I have now and agree, it's better than choosing out of a book, but I'm coming up empty on memorial designs hence the request for someone skilled with a HB to see if they would sketch something up if I give them a few details?

Can i just add to this thread one comment:

If you don't like Tattoos - we don't care here. Go mince about complaining about them being 'chavvy' and such like somewhere else.

Thanks ever so much.

Jolly good, take as many ideas & sketches as you have Bob much prefers doing custom work that standard out of a book artwork

Too right pal!

Not looking for an argument, but I'm not one to be bothered what other people think. I like tattoos and always have done

I don't know if it's my brain not firing properly, but does that statement say that you/PH are against them, or not?

He's saying that the PH tattoo threads usually descend into a long ranging sgging match full of people saying why you shouldn't, when it's each to their own & proclaiming this area for people who enjoy tattoos smile

Perhaps someone can help me??

I'm looking for a tattooist in or around the Sheffield area (again I can travel if neccesary) who would be able to help with this design...

http://jbsecure.com/images/Journals/J-102-0013_vit...

its the vituvian man - (which yes means I want a mans penis on my back)

I've spoken to a few people who have advised that do to the design and the size that i want - not massive - at the top of my spine. that the detail involved will be quite high?

Any advice / comments

OP - Apologies for the thread hijack.

I can't get the picture to open frown

Although, if you want a detailed back piece, it's going to be VERY pricey yes
