Yes. I spend my life doing electronic design. There's plenty out there for any given requirement.

Yes.


Different Job titles and qualifications, from Chartered Mechanical Engineers, to CAD Jockeys. Some are experienced in one field, and others more across the board.

The world is full of them.

as said can range from CAD monkey to being able to do real calculations as well depending on what you need drawing up and why the choice of package or price may be most important.
