just caught an interview on the radio, it was about a new ombudsman for garages, so as people no longer can get stitched up by rogues. they had a mr ludkin of fiorano cars on as a spokesman about the new scheme.really came across as a straight up kind of guy. it sounds really good, essentially means if you end up having an issue with your servicing you can have some redress through this new body.
brilliant. i now know where i'm getting my cambelts done.
