e46 fog lights changing the bulbs

Would anyone know how you change the front fog light bulbs in a e46. Are they easy....mtec bumper

You can undo a couple of screws at the bottom of the plastic arch liner, pull it back and change them easy enough.

The inner, where it overlaps the bottom piece.
