Plenty of companies offer rally driving experience days, If you want to get into proper stage rallying I believe you need to get an MSA membership and complete an ARDS course at an MSA approved rally driving school. Don't know where you're based but around here (Wales) there's the forest experience school run by Mark Higgins and also the Phil Price rally school which uses sccobies and an Escort Cosworth.
Even if you're not going to enter stage rallies properly an ARDS course is still bloody good fun and worth doing. Not cheap though at £200 - £400 odd quid.

Find your local motorclub. There are loads all over the country and tend to be strongly biased towards rallying, organising events and also providing marshals etc. You'll meet people who have been there and done that, can give advice, and would be very apprteciative of someone to help service for them.

Also check out www.britishrally.co.uk which has a great forum.

join a motor club (racmsa sanctioned) ,start marshalling , doing 12 car rallies (great fun), road rallies, single venue events , then the big stage !.
most clubs are friendly with plenty to choose from.
some of my best memories are from the twelve car events i did in the 80's, what a blast at midnight down deserted country lanes / whites.
those were the days !.
cheers
dub.
