Just bought a Caterham 7 with Ali bonnet and side panels. Best way to polish/protect anyone? Somebody recommended liquid paraffin, not sure though

any decent metal polish will be ok [autosol] and for protection chemical guys

As above - good metal polish (Autosol/Brilliant/Blackfire) will be required, then slap some Bilt Hamber Autobalm no for long lasting protection.

on the crome bumpers on my e28 i just use metal polish then a bit of kitchen roll with just a drop of baby oil on it , stops the fingure prints
