Danper settings

Just fitted spax gaz shox all round. The car also has Hi-Lo's wand shorter rubbers.

Would be interested to know where you guys have the settings on the shocks for 1)quickish road and 2)Track work.

road

12 front 8 rear

track understeer

18 front 12 rear

track oversteer

12 front 20 rear

there is a little more to it than that, but the above will get you moving in the right direction - it also depends on the age and length of the shocks, the usage, the cones, the rebound, the height of the car, what other suspension setting that you have etc etc.

The shocks are std length and new.

Other suspension mods inc CAD rear neg camber do da and front neg camber. Solid mounts. Not sure on settings though. Slightly lowere susp...but still rubs on rear.
