What a boring job it must be,I had the Tvr detailed over the last few days and it took around 19 hours. The guy turned up friday morning at 1230, and spent a hour just washing the wheels, they still need to be polished. He worked on the car until half eight friday night going over the panels in 3 stages using correction polish and they still need the final polish and sealant. In 6 hours he did the front wings, bonnet, drivers door and drivers rear quarter and needs another few hours tomorrow. The difference is amazing though,i thought my car was in fairly good nick.but this is taking it up to a different level

I spent saturday from 9am until 730 at night with the detailer, making a total of 19 hours he spent detailing the paintwork His attention to detail is second to none and i am pleased with the results. Here are some photos i took to show the difference,a close up at the right angle to sunlight before and after on the bootlid as it will not show from a distance. He put a piece of masking tape down the middle and completed one side...this says it all

I thought about having this done to mine but decided to put it off for a while.

Unfortunately you can't polish out stone chips.

That look great though and the car seems to be in great nick to begin with.

This man is that good he can polish out stone chips!as long as you have paint,he fills the chips, sands them flat and then repolishes.

Stunning, I love to see a swirl free car. I had my GTA done by a chap who taught me what to do as he went along, letting me have a go and teaching me the correct techniques. Its so easy to burn the paint or leave buffer trails with a rotary but its a damn sight quicker.

A few weeks ago when I got a gap in the weather I had a go all on my own , heres what you can make an 18yr old car look like.

I'm not touching the Cerbera with a rotary though as I'm unsure how thick the paint is.
