Streamline merchant application

Has anyone here recently gone through the MOTO/Internet merchant account application process with Streamline?

I'm waiting for their rep to call me to go through this.

It would useful to know in advance what questions they are likely to ask me about current business levels/transaction amounts etc.

We don't have a proper merchant account currently, but process our online payments for a number of websites through a combination of PayPal, Google Checkout and NOCHEX.

I used to have the PayPal Paylow Pro with virtual terminal account so I could take mail order/telephone orders but I fell out with PayPal in a big way and ditched it all last christmas.

I'll be using Protx for the online processing/virtual terminal side, just need the basic internet merchant account from Streamline (with the FSB member discounts!).

Here's what info I've compiled so far from the last couple of years data.

Total number of transactions.
Total number of refunds (i.e. cancelled orders).
Total number of chargebacks (a big fat zero).
Total sales £.
Total refunds £.
Average transaction £.
Average transactions per month.
Average total sales £ per month.
Minimum sale £.
Maximum sale £.

Anything else I might need to hand?
