Currently is about £168k UK wide and was £19k higher a year ago.

Ave house in the UK is a 3 bed semi which would be bought by 2 adults.

So given that the Ave UK salary is £25k then their combined ave salary is £50k - so given that what should the ave UK house be worth?
Currently given my rates above then its a multiplier of 3.3 times - or is this ave UK house not a 3 bed semi in which case my ratio is not valid for that sort of property.
