Depends, if its like house buying i.e. where you buy the worst house in the best street.... your onto a winner but if your house is stunning in the middle of ramshakle huts then its not going to be so much fun.

Not sure any such photo would be real online - probably a pic of a stud or a stunning model when you meet wow the difference could be 10 times worse than beer goggles
