M3 wheels on E91

Can anyone advise? Will Wheels and tyres (245/40 Front, 265/40 Rear)from 08 E90 M3 fit E91 335d Touring, without fouling the body work? Dealer can't/ wont help. Nothing new there then.

One of the guys on another forum has tried it with the 18's and the rears do fit but they rub. They may not rub if you lowered the profile of the tyre. There are pics on E90Post..........
