Hiya BO55. I've just registered with VXR online with the view of coming to the meet. There was no space on regestering to tick monaro CV8. Are we also welcome or is it just the VXR lads and ladies.
CV8s welcome at the meet...as are ALL Holden/HSV

hope you lot have a great day, I'll be watching this one on the tv though. time meant I had to choose between silverstone and brands and the former won as its over 100miles closer and after the shenanigans with the mud at brands earlier this year I didnt fancy getting stuck.
I went to the DTM last sunday, and parking in the outfield was ok

But its been raining since then
I will go, never stop, just need a bloody car, should be back by then I hope, not had it since 22/02/08, that's a long blep belp time. Should be much better than before and got send a video of it ticking over with all the new bits, so that means the engine is in, just waiting for suspension setup and the map.

Well, I dont think I'll bother posting these events here next year... only 7 registered.....
So what if it's a bit muddy, all part of the fun if you ask me

( We have met briefly at a Tunnel run 2 years ago when I was in my Griff and the rear suspension snapped on the first Aussie run, with a meet at the Ace afterwards. Sadly I was on the back of the recovery truck and not chowing down on 2 fried and a slice.)
Got plans for the 21st already but will do my best to boost the numbers in future
Count me in for Thruxton / Coombe at the least. Donnington also would tempt me out
Not afraid of mud ( or resulting donuts )
Cheers
Andy
It's fantastic offer and a great day out and would recommend it to anyone thinking of going, but I'm away that weekend and I'm gutted I can't make it. Sorry BO55. You're efforts are appreciated, so please keep the invites coming old chap. I know it's a shame when there's a poor show of the V8's, but it doesn't necessarily mean nobody's interested.
