It was sent by a Mr Howard Davies with a yahoo/uk email address.

The "THE BEST PRICE" is as advertised.
"IF IT'S AVAILABLE FORSALE" it is advertised.
The condition is as advertised.
Upon viewing any discrepancies between the advert details and the vehicle can be negotiated.
It is an insult to start talking the price down before viewing.
Viewing is recommended.

Regarding the best price that is the price that is best and also best in the region of the price. I would require 10 english pence for the item, although I do not know which item being the one for sale. However, I must stress that I will only accept exact 10 of the pence and they must be shiney. Dull pence is nots acceptable in respect of the item that is for sale and also for sale at the best of the prices.
