I was prepared to have to buy a complete new drivers mirror housing for the Griff, but they seem in short supply....I actually only need the internal alloy housing, the bit the motor fits to, as this has snapped where it fits to the upstand from the door. I can rebuild the mirror round a new one using exterior etc; saving me cost of paint.
Damn MOT tester wont pass the car without the mirror, even though it is not a legal requirement.
Anyone have an old `un/ideas, please?
Ta, Bob.

Thanks, David. I have seen that one as I supplied the link you refer to, however, if I can wait, I can source a new one cheaper than that 2nd hand one.

I've got a pair in the garage, second hand but in pretty good condition minus the glass, any good to you?

Well Bob looks are not everything... Now, legally, all you need is an internal mirror, in a car that is, but for the MOT you need a drivers side one as well.So it has been `bodged` for now by Neil, now how long this lasts? Could be a year could be a week, so I have emailed Karl so I have the bit for next time.
