Sag at Crish Neils, with no engine?

Was at the viewing of the new Lotus Evora last night.
Spotted a reflex green / purple Saggy in Chris Neils car park with the Engine missing, (ex Drivestyle car).
Looks very sorry for itself and appears to have been there for a while, the water in the rear vents is turning to sludge.
