07 Fiesta with Air Con Problems

Missus' Fiesta has recently decided that it didn't want the aircon to get warm, and has started leaking water into the footwells. Now looking through the book it looks like Ford have only given 1yr warranty on the Fiesta range.

Now the car is less than 18m old and has done less than 10k, so I'm thinking that is quite unfit for purpose intended. Am I likely to get much luck from the dealer or will I need to be quite forceful with them?

Leaking water into footwells could be the pollen filter. Has the car been serviced recently?

Yeh hadn't made that connection in my head. It was serviced a little while back. Comeing through all the footwell vents. (driver and passenger sides)

Had the same fault on a MK2 focus, badly refitted pollen filters seemed to occur quite often.
