td5 disco centrifugal oil filter noise

hi guys, just wondered if anyone had come across this. just serviced our own td5 discovery, new oil filter and centrifugal oil filter. refilled with castrol edge 5w30 synthetic oil. i am getting a rattle/chattering noise from the centrifugal oil filter. don't recall hearing this before on any other disco, and i've serviced quite a few. first time i've used britpart filters.

any comments welcome.

Hi Dave,

That doesn't sound right. They normally make a spinning noise when you turn the engine off, as they slow down, but a rattling noise isnt good!
